1. WASHGUARD® Gear Reducers

• Fourteen sizes available in single, double and triple reduction with ratios from 5:1 to 216,000:1. Helical worm ratios from 25:1 to 600:1.
• Helical-Inline, Helical-Worm, Helical-Bevel and Parallel Shaft Drives available.
• Factory-filled with premium Mobil Glygoyle 460 polyalkalene glycol lubricant – meets USDA Class H1 standards.
• Viton® double-lip seals.
• Patented Forsheda V-ring on output shaft provides extra protection from contaminants.
• O-ring on “flat-faced” input flange provides a positive seal against moisture intrusion.

2. F (CI) & FA (AL) SERIES PARALLEL SHAFT GEAR REDUCERS

• Power range available from 0.05-22 KW for CI & 0.06 – 5.5 KW for AL
• Available with single, double, triple reduction with ration from 2.6-3333 for CI & from 2.9-561 for AL
• Torque ranges from 166-2380 Nm for CI & 46-589 Nm for AL
• The high efficiency have a modular design
• High efficiency reducers are dimension ally  interchangeable  to major world wide brand
• Fit into small spaces. up to one third smaller than other brands
• Lightweight OEM  AL designs suitable for equipment and difficult installations.
